Obviously, with names like Microsoft and Intel being a part of any product, one should expect quality. This Surface Pro 7 certainly does not disappoint. With unmatched quality, coupled with so much capability, this is the premier laptop, tablet combo. All the convenience and portability, rolled into an impressive grouping of amazing camera, screen size and speed make this an incredible tool for anyone to incorporate into their daily routines!!

I needed a laptop that also had really great capabilities for drawing. I was enticed primarily by Apple tablets for their drawing capabilities alone, but couldn’t find myself to pay for a tablet without good laptop features as well. I went into my Bestbuy store seeking options and opinions and found that the Surface Pro was my best choice. It’s not just a tablet, it has full capability of being a great laptop for work and school, (has a USB port on side for easy access of school work). It’s light to travel, and initial setup was so easy and quick. It’s my favorite laptop by far due to the speed, quality, and versatility it provides. The price range is also great, especially for artists, and college students on a budget because it provides everything that you would need. The only downside I would say is the battery life. I notice when I’m working on drawing applications it runs my laptop battery but I’d say it’s worth it because the charger is very light and easy to just throw in your backpack or purse. Would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a laptop with drawing capabilities close to Apple tablets! Easier on the wallet and great product overall. I’m very happy with my purchase.

My new Microsoft Surface Pro is the best device I have owned to date. I have owned many machines, Apple, IBM, HP, to name a few. The Surface Pro is lightweight and versitile. I thought I would use the keyboard 100% of the time, but I find myself using it about 50% of the time. I am glad I have the option to use either one whenever I want. The picture quality is great and I love the touch screen.

Owned it for about a month now. I don't intend to use this surface for heavy lifting at all, mostly just browsing and some photo editing. As a laptop/pc it works great along with the keyboard and pen. Very snappy, fast. Exactly what I needed. When I try to use it as a table though, the touch screen is meh. Doesn't respond as well as an IPAD for example. Seems to work better with the pen. So not too happy with the touch responses using my finger. Considering the price and all. Overall very happy besides my comments above.

Purchased this to do web-based work during an 8-hour shift, then take home to use as my only home based machine. Be aware - you will most likely want to buy an accessory keyboard/mouse. Factor in the cost of these items. Battery life has not been very impressive. It's ready to die after about 6 hours of use in my environment, with screen dimmed. I've basically decided to run it all day with it plugged in and on battery at home for light occasional use. Overall satisfied and would go this route again.

Fast. Easy. Nice big screen. This surface is the best version I’ve used so far. I highly recommend.

This is the second Surface pro that I’ve owned. The first was a Surface pro X. I love these units for multiple reasons, one of them being that they are a real full on computer not just a tablet. As far as functionality, the pro 7 works the same as the X model, with just a few subtle differences… the 7 has an intel processor vs the X uses a Qualcomm cellular processor. In rare occasions the Qualcomm will not support certain apps, I ran into this problem when trying to use it for a Cad program. I have noticed that the 7 seems to have less battery life than the X, likely due to the larger processor. I love having the pen/pencil to go with it! Makes it soooo nice for many activities! The screen is excellent quality, very crisp and clear. The touchscreen is extremely responsive and accurate. The only inconveniences worth mentioning is that you only have a USB and USB-C ports built in. So if you need to expand memory, it will be rather clunky to use a thumb drive or other external memory device. I do wish it had a built in SD port. But, if you buy it with more on board memory, you can eliminate that potential inconvenience. Over all I love this unit! And I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

small, lightweight, i love it. you can touch the screen or use it like a laptop

This is my third surface pro that I have bought. The reason I keep coming back to it is for its ease of use, portability and ruggedness. The screen is great to look at and when used with the surface pro keyboard, the typing is excellent. I thought when I bought my first one that the screen size would be to small, but honestly it hits the sweet spot and allows for me to take this on the go.

This was a good purchase. I would have invested more money into purchasing the larger GB storage because sometimes the computer freezes if you try to move too fast or do too much but other wise I love everything about this product. The versatility from tablet to laptop to Bluetooth to screen mirroring, etc. I have to slow down and figure out how to take word documents off of saving in one drive and set up better file storage options but otherwise, no complaints.

I am very satisfied with this product. I have no complaints. The screen is a good size and the graphics are above average. It's lightweight, easy to carry around. I have had no problems connecting to wifi or accessing the cloud. All my files transferred easily. It is rare to find a quality product. This happens to be one of the few.

This is best tablet/computer I have ever had. It's super fast, light weight and so easy to use.

Works great. Going strong after three years of use

I'm a Junior in college and many classes are now requiring the use of computers during class. This is perfect for me, it's small yet not too small, and has many functions that are versatile for different classes. I also have a gaming laptop but it is three years old, I prefer this tablet for watching my movies on instead of my gaming laptop. The graphics are awesome and everything loads fast.

This surface pro was meant to be a gift for my niece who was going to University to study Pharmacy. She absolutely loves it for the size was right meaning she could carry it whenever and where ever she goes. The ease of use and the fact she can write on the touchscreen while taking notes during class is ideal and a great advantage. In her words "I am truly loving it".

I bought this to replace an iPad mini that use everyday at work. I was looking for something without the limitations of a tablet. So far the Surface Pro 7 is working well! The set up has been easy so far. I will probably invest in a dock to make hooking up all my peripherals easier/quicker. You will want the Bluetooth key board as well. I love the light weight, larger screen and full functionality!

WAs looking for something to replace my Dell that I had to give up for kiddos virtual schooling. This thing is fast! The battery is great and it is light. A protective case is a must-have. I did not get the mouse, as I found using a trackball mouse much easier for mobility and limited space. This little power-packed tablet even keeps up when I play Roblox with my kid!
