I had the Surface pro 2 and always wanted to by a newer version when i had the chance.. the only issue is windows is a bit buggy but the hardware itself is great.

Good device, but fragile!

The glass touches the frame all the way around the perimeter so any hard enough bump to the frame will just transfer right through to the glass and crack it. This is the 7 generation Surface now, and I cannot for the life of me understand why Microsoft has not incorporated a plastic spacer between the frame and glass to give at least a little bit of cushioning/protection like other manufactures do with their devices..
