My husband and I put this on his credit card and got it on sale. From the start I was not thrilled. It would overheat easily. The screen flickered. I started to notice the flickering more, so I did some research. I turned off the display auto adjust, updated software and remove all Adobe programs. The flickering still occurred. I purchased this a little over two months ago. So this is the REAL problem... Microsoft will look at it, repair or replace with a REFURBISHED device. Best Buy does nothing at all if pass the returnable period of like a month or so. So you are STUCK! I had a Surface Pro 3 and it was fine but then the keyboard stopped connecting no matter the keyboard. Microsoft is not where it's at. These computers have some good qualities but are not worth the money at the end of the day. Just DON'T unless you have the money to waste.
