Terrible Quality - 2 Surface Pro 7s in 5 months!

It runs well and handles the apps I need, and is very convenient and affordable. But the physical device is just too poor in quality. I bought one in November because part of my work requires Windows (I also owned a Mac). In December, it stopped charging due to a bent pin in the charging port, confirmed by the nice folks at Geek Squad. I was on a deadline and needed to keep working so I bought a replacement and sent the first one in for a warranty replacement (which is a refurbished machine). The new one I bought failed this weekend after 3 months in use, in the exact same way - bent pin in the charging port. I am sending it back to Microsoft tomorrow for another refurbished replacement. SO... I've purchased two brand new Surface Pro 7s in five months, and both have failed, and so soon I'll have two refurbished machines. It's quite a let-down. Thank goodness I'd saved everything I needed to the cloud or I would have lost my biggest client. Don't buy it. The sexiness of it being a tablet and a laptop in one is NOT WORTH IT.

I am very disappointed in your customer service. To take almost a month to help me. I lose business but it's ok to expect. E to make my first payment without being able to use my computer that's great. You're lucky I am not Blair g on social media. I just feel that theres to much already on there and I dont need anyone to use what I write to do damage to your establishment.
