    Bought the first time and the surface did not work as expected… 1/5 for Microsoft product. Took it back and BEST BUY was able to reorder and replace my defective MICROSOFT product. Working well and wife is happy with her surface pro 7. Happy wife= Happy Life

    So terrible. The first one kept overheating, so we returned it and got a new one. Same problem, but we waited too long (online schooling chaos, which is why we needed it), so we’re stuck with it. The camera is poor, the screen will randomly turn off during their class (not overheated), it’ll randomly disconnect from the internet (other devices are fine) and we have to run the troubleshoot for it to realize there’s nothing wrong and magically reconnect, and it’s slow despite having literally nothing loaded onto it because we only need the browser for their school work. Bought a used 6th gen iPad that works better than this thing.
