The first one kept overheating, so we returned it and got a new one. Same problem, but we waited too long (online schooling chaos, which is why we needed it), so we’re stuck with it. The camera is poor, the screen will randomly turn off during their class (not overheated), it’ll randomly disconnect from the internet (other devices are fine) and we have to run the troubleshoot for it to realize there’s nothing wrong and magically reconnect, and it’s slow despite having literally nothing loaded onto it because we only need the browser for their school work. Bought a used 6th gen iPad that works better than this thing.

The positioning of the charger is such that, if you are using it qith keyboard, it is bound to bend and the often bending shows the wires inside and it atops serving its purpose. Charger ditched me. So taking off 2 stars..

If you are going to build a product like this, you may want to stock up on Preparation H, because your customers angry reactions will make you beg for it!

It heats up battery runs out quickly and freezes. I tried getting help but Best Buy just brushes me off. Don’t even get call back. Very disappointed

However, getting one repaired is impossible because the only way to get in is to break the screen, which makes it just as cheap to buy a new one.

The surface is working without issue; however, The Trend virus & spyware is not working.

LOWS This machine frequently Blue Screens and shuts down. This would be unfortunate in the middle of an important paper or against a deadline.
