It’s nice and pretty but not the fastest. Has nice had videos but everything seems to have so much lag.

Neither a tablet nor a laptop. Needs a flat surface to work on.

Not really a tablet like iPad. The virtual keyboard is not very smart when you need it. Popular apps are non-existence. Same Windows system that throws things down your throat. Sometimes you can't zoom. Not fast at the touch screen. Overall not a good tablet you desire. Should be listed under mini computer section.

Great tablet but don’t expect this to take over as your pc

Returned the product. We decided we did not need it.

I get about 4-5 hours tops before having to plug it in. Probably not worth it if you're looking for something that's portable as you'll quickly find yourself tethered to an outlet.

I dound it cheaper after i bought it and rhey were to give me the difference and never did. And watch mine over heated while plugged in and screen cracked and i had to pay almost 500 to fix it

I purchased my Surface Pro 7 in November of 2019. It is now August 2020 and it has broken down 3 times. It has all the features that I need for my job, but in the middle of a presentation, it will freeze up and can't even be turned off. It takes a week or longer just to get an appointment to take it in to Best Buy, where I made the purchase. Then they have to send it back to the company for repairs, which takes weeks. I have never had a product be so undependable. I would never purchase it again It was over a thousand dollars wasted. This product has left me stranded in the middle of presentations more than once.

I bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and was excited to use it and within a year my computer died ;0( Luckily I had a warranty on it but even now I am having problems with it. The back of my laptop the kick stand broke within that same year! My black type cover broke a little over a year after I purchased it with my Surface Pro. The magnet part of the type cover completely came off of it. The pen didn’t work most of the time and used a stylus from my Chiro’s office that worked better then the stylus I bought for it at Best Buy! This was a lot of money that was NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID!!!

I bought two of these for my children. I didn’t appreciate how small the screens, keyboards, or memory was until we started using them. Nor did I realize how slow they would be. Just get a full size tablet. I would not buy again.

After 30 seconds of sitting idle, it will completely shut down or glitch. In both instances I have to reboot the laptop completely. Extremely disappointed. A waste of $900.

Many stop code errors the first week after purchasing. Tried resetting and all troubleshooting recs but still crashing and think RAM was defective. After seeing many similar issues with others regarding the surface pro 7 would not recommend and had to return mine for full refund.

The battery life was terrible so I contacted Microsoft who said it was defective and I needed a replacement. It was past 14 days so couldn’t return it to Best Buy. Terrible experience and now I’m stuck with a defective device

I have been a surface pro user for many years! This new computer has had to be hard rebooted no less than 10 times in the first week!!!!!!!! Frequently will not turn on, despite being fully charged,.

I wanted to love the Surface Pro 7. However it had nothing but problems for me. Windows ultimately crashed and I had to return the unit less than a day after purchase. A huge disappointment. The hardware has high build quality. Just worked very poorly.

The learning curve to using the Surface Pro was just to steep fir me to climb. It was far from intuitive fir me to find useful. I stayed frustrated trying to make the transition from the Dell and HP laptops I have used for many years.

Pen quit working day 1 The tablet has some nice features with the usual lack of attention to detail that makes Microsoft sub par. Brightness acts as though it is adaptive and will drive you nuts with it's fluctuating.
