I was disappointed that the on screen keyboard did not pop up when I needed to log in to a program that was running. I ultimately ended up returning it. It would be nice to see an integrated pen or better selection for surface.

Completely disappointed due to the fact that the internal change webcam will not engage in a specific website. Have attempted numerous fixes along with the ‘Geek Squad’ attempting to fix to no avail. My antiquated HP snd IPad… no problem, my two Lenovo’s, which are also older yet run windows 10… no problem. Even my iPhone not an issue. This is the reason I purchased this particular laptop and therefore no need to keep. Thought the portability would be welcoming for visits with loved ones, yet if no one can figure the issue with the webcam - no reason to keep.

Anyone else have issues with it just randomly not starting up, even when fully charged? Also, the charger - sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Mostly doesn't. Then after 6 months, just doesn't work at all?

This surface pro has held me down since I got it in 2020. The capabilities of a tablet and laptop make it very versatile. Although the battery life wouldn’t last as long as a typical laptop, because of its functionality with its windows system makes it ideal for quick work that may need to be done.

Either the battery or laptop issue but a week after I bought it, it did not turn on. I sent it to Microsoft as best buy did not want to deal with it.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with this surface pro. I purchased it Apr 7th, 2020 and it stopped working June 11, 2020. Many people highly recommended this device. I’m not happy at all!!!

The battery life does not make it a full school day for my granddaughter in 6th grade. I am sorry I bought it. Should have went with the 6

From first boot, it was dog slow. It boots so poorly that the camera doesn't even turn on for facial recognition until minutes AFTER I've logged in. I didn't even get to install a web browser before I was frustrated that I decided to do a system wipe and restore. The problems persisted and I boxed it up the next morning and took it back to Best Buy. My old Surface Pro 2 has a better processor and still runs like wonderfully.

Very awkward to use. Got it to take pictures and transfer them into a program I use and can only do 1 picture at a time. Wanted an apple and was talked out of it. Very sorry I got this.

Much to my surprise it slowed down extremely quickly; hadn’t even loaded additional programs to it yet. I didn’t even keep it two weeks before returning it.

While the unit functioned Ok, after an update it wouldn't get past the Windows logo. BTW, the accidental breakage warranty doesn't cover software.

It like to freeze a lot don’t know what to do. I like what i can do on it when it’s working i would take it in but we have this fake virus going on

Bad screen quality. I didn't see was broken and when I tried to return best buy said that expired 15 days after buyed.

It sucks-not reliable Microsoft Customer Service Sucks Their policy suck Started glitching about a year after I bought it. Called Microsoft they told me it was a hardware issue that couldn't be fixed and had to pay an additional fee to replace it(with a refurbished one) Don't buy it

I purchased this surface pro as a gift to my girlfriend. At first it was working really good and design is nice. But after few weeks, we haven't really used it as much but started to glitch and gets slow. I returned it and the only good thing about it is best buy accepted the return without hesitation. So thumbs up best buy customer service.

This tablet was pretty much trash right out of the box. When I tried to do windows updates it would constantly crash in the middle of them and I would have to start all over again. It would crash just while using it for it standard function. I was able to find a full laptop that was significantly better than this tablet for cheaper

No battery life. Can’t let over a 12 hours. Charge doesn’t last

I only had it for 7 days and had to return it because the screen keep turning off.

I have purchased this not even 2 months ago and I used this product for not even few days and and it don’t even turn on and it happened twice already. Taking it back to Best Buy but I doubt it they can replace me with iPad Pro which was my first choice anyways. Don’t spend $1000 on this product.
