My wife told me for a couple of years to get a new one and I finally gave in and I am glad that I did. I love it. It's fast and easy to use. Plus got it on sale. Plus with the savings I was able to buy the keyboard. I would highly recommend the Microsoft surface

My old laptop has never been as fast as this one. It's quick, comfortable, and easy to use on the go or anywhere. Best purchase of my life! Love that it feels like a tablet and is quick as a laptop.

This works great if you need to work away from your normal space. I have a larger laptop and don't enjoy carrying it around. This is extremely convenient especially if you are in the 365 Ecosystem and can access what you need . Which is what drove me to leave my Samsung Tablet. One downfall this is heavy no way around it.

Bought for my son for college. He wanted a tablet that wasn't made by Apple or HP, and this device came with the keyboard and pen in a bundle. He really likes the ability to draw and do math with the pen, and it's lightweight and works well for class.

Absolutely one of my favorite devices ever. I decided to trade in my iPad Air for this and I have zero regrets. It’s bonkers fast, wonderful battery life and actually has a useful OS!

Being a big Microsoft Surface fan (I have owned a SP8, SP9 ARM, and a SP 11 ARM), but wanting a smaller form factor, I picked this up on release day at Best Buy. First off - the color...Ocean is kind of "meh". If that's what the ocean looks like it's more like a Galveston TX beach and not the Caribbean or Hawaiin waters. However, the device itself is awesome. I can't tell a difference performance-wise between it and my SP 11. Both are fast, quiet and handle anything I want to do. It's definitely lighter than the SP 11, smaller, too, but I would have also been happy with a slightly smaller form factor. However, if it had a smaller form factor the keyboard likely would have been cramped. So, great keyboard and typing experience, easily held as a tablet (and the keyboard folds back and is deactivated so you don't have to pull the keyboard off to use it as a tablet), amazing battery-life (it's Thursday, I haven't charged it since I got it Monday, and I still have 41% battery-life), great screen (I can't tell a difference between it and my higher end SP 11). This will be my daily tablet and travel work computer. No need to take a second device with me when on the road!

I’m upgrading from a Surface 9 - the difference is noticeable. It’s faster! The display is beautiful like its predecessor - sharp & bright. The purple color is even more gorgeous in person!

Recently, I bought this for my daughter for school. She loves it. It's lightweight, folds up nicely, and is the perfect size for her backpack.

Is light and powerful, does everything I need a computer to do, and easy to transport. Keep in mind it uses Windows 11 ARM, some software needs the ARM Version to run. Make sure the software you need is compatible, most is. Battery life is great.

So far I love this computer. I like the size and battery life but I can't really comment on its durability yet. I hope it is durable because I bought it for busines travel.

The new 12” Surface Pro is the best ever. I owned several through the years, all with the larger form factor and more bulky. But it never really felt like a decent tablet and was just not comfortable in my hands. At this point power was not a criteria, so the Snapdragon X Plus was enough for my needs. This 12” feels more like a tablet with laptop capabilities, rather than the other way around, but still powerful. The size and weight are just perfect. The keyboard is great with plenty of key travel and it’s a joy to write on with the Slim Pen. And, I love the violet color. Can’t recommend it enough.

The Surface Pro is super sleek, lightweight, and great for both work and entertainment. Love how it switches between laptop and tablet. Screen looks amazing and performance is smooth. Battery is decent, just wish it lasted a bit longer. Overall, a really solid 2-in-1!

Lighter than previous model which is what I was looking for. Depending on what desk you’re putting it on it does disconnect from the keyboard and fall but other than that it’s nice.

Really good product. Helped boost my productivity beyond what I had with the iPad because it directly works with everything I need from work. It is short on apps, so it is not a good tablet for enjoying "downtime" compared to others but great for supporting work while on the move.

Versatile use. Reliable, sturdy, mobile laptop that works and functions just as great as a Mack book.
