I absolutely love this Surface Pro! The Sapphire color looks amazing, and the device is very versatile. I upgraded from the previous model, which still works perfectly, and I haven’t experienced any issues with this one. I really appreciate that I can attach a keyboard or use it as a tablet, making it perfect for both work and personal use. I travel with it often, and it performs flawlessly. I even gave one as a gift during Christmas, and the recipient loved it. Highly recommend!

Great product. Exactly what you need for a portable PC. Quick to load, screen looks amazing. It’s a pretty fast computer for the typical day to day use (emails, MS word/excel, internet and network troubleshooting. Face unlock is very convenient but will sometimes glitch and fail to function. Touchscreen is responsive and useful. Does not heat up like my old HP but does get hotter than a MacBook. Charger cable end is a bit wonky. It doesn’t connect as easily as a MacBook connector, wish it was just a USB C charger. Copilot is a helpful feature. It’s a good looking device. Battery life could be better but I do have it configured for performance. Won’t last a whole day.

Excellent product, easy to use, the snapdragon software is definitely a faster processor. Still getting around it, will make further updates soon

Great computer. Its compact and significantly better than many other laptops PCs out there in the market. I also bought the keyboard and mouse, and they make a valuable add to the product. So far the computer has been holding up its quality and new windows is simplier and faster to use.

Keyboard continue to unpair with teh laptop and can power on and refuse to turn off and get hot

Works great. I would not buy this for gaming, no gpu. but for everything else I like the hybrid of laptop/tablet. Good for travel. If it comes with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month Membership, know this is only for New users, which is unusable garbage to me. So, it lost a start for that.

While the product in question is excellent, I am greatly distressed by the many delays in receiving it. I am still furious over the many calls I had to make. I don't know if I can have confidence in Best Buy's ability to deliver a product in a reliable and prompt manner.

Excellent for my immediate needs for a small tablet and laptop to conduct business in any area.

This is my 3rd surface and I am very happy with its speed visualization and 1 TB of storage. Perfect for my business work, travel and photo editing and graphic design. Love the wireless keyboard I can disconnect rom the screen and ability to connect to my 48” monitor…or to my tv. Each one of my surfaces has improved with each new release over the last 10 years. ❤️

I've had laptop for a few weeks new I think the arm CPU works really well it makes the laptops battery last even with the oled display only thing is not all x86 programs are available on arm

However, Arm compatibility isn’t flawless yet, and the Flex Keyboard is pricey. Still, if you’re after a premium 2-in-1, this Surface feels fresh and modern. Windows Central calls it a stunning achievement with excellent performance and battery life, making it a must-recommend device.

Absolutely beautiful display! This is not a tablet but a computer with a detachable keyboard. If you are expecting an iPad you will be disappointed. It is fast. I’m looking forward to seeing all I can do.

Purchased this specifically for school. I already carry two 15" laptops for work and was dreading carrying another laptop. The surface does everything I need easily. I purchased the magnetic keyboard separately, I do not like the sole tablet function and Microsoft should have made it part of the product to begin with. The battery life is fantastic. I do not have the ability to keep it plugged in all the time so I need it to be able to handle an all day functionality without dying. The touch screen responds and I have adapted to working with the keyboard and touch screen. I have not yet to use the stylist.

Love the oled display. The processor speed is completely out of this world - fast like lightning! The touch screen feature is cool. Navigating through various sites, files and documents is so so cool. I am super pleased that I am getting value for the amount spent on this item.

I love this device-the weight, the finish, the speed. BUT I neglected to make sure my peripherals would work on the Snapdragon processor, and Adobe wasn't up to speed with all the Creative Cloud apps so I wasn't able to take full advantage of Illustrator, and my scanner was holding down papers on my desk. I love the color, the flexibility, and everything about it, but shame on me for not doing my due diligence on the processor and my requirements. Back it went.
