    Salesperson was great, device is ... adequate. If you seek portability and ease of use with a lightweight device and add-on keyboard, great. If you seek power, quick file transfers, or long battery life, it is not for you. You will never be far from power if you are doing real work with the Surface - because going on battery will not give you much device life.

    Great computer, but Best Buy changed their price match policy post purchase, saying they won't match prices during the lead up to and after Black Friday. Changing their price matching policy on purchases made just before Black Friday is basically a scam. The price has since dropped over $200 since purchase under two weeks ago...and they won't match the price available from numerous other retailers. They lost my future business over this deceitful policy.

    So i've been wanting to rejoin the personal PC world and have been going back and forth between purchasing a laptop or a tablet. My pondering just so happened to time out with the release of this new Surface Pro and I'm so happy I went with it.
