This is by far the best device ever. It is extremely portable and easy to use.

I needed a new Microsoft Surface and the Team at Best Buy was great at informing of the current options from Microsoft. They also had a sale going on and I saved almost 400 dollars on my purchase.

I've had laptop for a few weeks new I think the arm CPU works really well it makes the laptops battery last even with the oled display only thing is not all x86 programs are available on arm

This is the best Surface Pro I have had. it is very quick, runs windows 11 nicely, and is a great laptop and tablet combination.

Purchased thru the 3rd party option on Beat Buys site & it came new & in the box.

Only good windows tablet form factor available in the market today. Also 3:2 aspect ratio is better than 16:10. Great for media and browsing. But for developers, Arm cpu is still lacking many app support.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great computer with excellent battery life. Most apps run absolutely perfectly even without a native ARM app. The only program I have not had run so far is VPN services for x86 machines.

Not as easy to work with as my previous Surface. It does have good storage and a good size screen. I do not enjoy the Copilot feature.

This machine does everything I want it too. I particularly live its screen clarity and speed.

Its a nice small, powerful device. The lack of ARM compatibility can be frustrating

So far, the Surface Pro 11 has generally been working well. It has proven to be compatible with all of the software that I generally work with, so no problems there. Drivers, however, are another issue. It is not compatible with any current manufacturer printer drivers or utilities. You must use a generic Microsoft printer driver and its compatibility with various printers is hit-and-miss. Some work fine and others don’t print correctly. For example, I have two Brother multi-function printers. One works fine and the other cannot print in landsacape mode correctly. It shrinks the landscape print and prints it on the upper half of a portrait page. This should improve in time as the device manufacturers recompile their drivers for ARM, but it can be frustrating right now if you have specific devices that you want to use with your SnapDragon-based processor Surface PCs.

This nifty little mini laptop is fast and the integrated Microsoft software is really helpful.
