This purchase is for my wife. Shes had the surface pro since 2015 and it was finally tome for an upgrade. It works great and we have no issues. It looks sleek and luckily this one came with the keyboard. I think buying it in the package is the way to go to save some coin.

The Surface Pro is a nice device overall. It feels fast, has a great screen, and battery life was solid. My main reason for returning it was the Snapdragon platform. During my use, Microsoft Teams video calls would occasionally disconnect or hang up, which became frustrating since I rely on Teams heavily for work. For general productivity, web browsing, Outlook, and Office applications, the device performed well. However, reliability during video calls is important to me, and I was not able to get the consistency I needed. I purchased the Surface Pro partly to give Windows another try after years of using Mac, and the experience ultimately confirmed that I still prefer the Mac ecosystem for my workflow.

This thing is great! It has great battery life, preforms well, and it is super portable.

Designed for people that heavily use Generative Ai daily. Copilot is perfectly integrated and lighting fast and ultimately smart. Unlike other Ai that hallucinates most of the time. Compare to apple I believe this is exponentially better. Resolution is awesome screen response is super fast and butter smooth. Battery life is another factor I decided to go with this unit because it is solid.
