Insanely fast and light, really good for a portable tablet and schoolwork. Not very usable on the lap, but besides that - liekly the best windows laptop in the game.

This Surface Pro bundle is a great replacement for my Surface Pro 6. It was an easy switch that kept my bookmarks and settings. I have had a Surface tablet since it's very first release (this is my 3rd) and appreciate the functionality and versatility which has only increased over the years. The display is exceptional and is better than previous versions. The only issue experienced is the intermittent failure to recognize the keyboard when booting. It corrects if the kb is detached and reconnected, but an annoying glitch. My BestBuy order was smooth & at a great price. It arrived well packaged and earlier than promised. My trade-in device was processed promptly and the credit received w/o issue. Overall a great experience with a great product!

Perfect Computer For School and Travel

Bought this as a replacement for my aging HP gaming laptop since I am currently in the military which requires me to travel often and also taking college classes. My wife has the Surface Go which is the smaller (and older) version of this and after trying that I decided that this would be perfect for me. That turned out to be try because after 2-3 months of using this including traveling with it I have found it fits my use case perfectly. It’s compact so it packs easily. It has a relatively large case variety available so I feel confident when it’s getting tossed around in my bag. It has an insane battery life for as powerful of a device as it is. Even the included keyboard feels good to type on. I honestly think for a college student this is a much better option than either a traditional laptop or a tablet (such as an iPad) as you really do get the best of both worlds.

This is one of the best pieces of technology that I've have had the pleasure to own. The functionality of a detachable keyboard, a touchscreen, and high-resolution display, long lasting battery, large hard drive space, the list goes on and on. One hundred percent worth the price tag, would buy it again and again. Perfect for a business professional on the go!

I've always been a surface fan and had one years ago. But this one is so fast and responsive it's like working on a desktop. The magnetic keyboard is so easy to pop on and off and the power cord is the same. I work from home with this bad boy at the table, couch and in the home office. Battery life is amazing and the wifi works perfect. Best laptop I've ever owned.

    Great Device, Except Keyboard

This is a good device; it's powerful and very light. However the included keyboard doesn't work if untethered from the screen (you have to purchase an upgraded keyboard to be able to continue typing if the two pieces are disconnected from each other) and neither the included keyboard nor the upgrade have back-lit keys. That is not optimal for someone who works in lots of settings/ times of day (while the family watches TV together at night, or on a plane, or in bed, or in hotel rooms...). I think the keyboard should be optimized for a device in this price range.

I originally had the surface 9 and upgraded to the 11. This device runs way faster than my pro 9. The form factor on the surface is really nice but it can get pretty buggy. My windows hello works like 50 percent of the time. I herd there are emulation bugs but I have not really ran into much problems. Also the included keyboard does not feel like the typecover that I was used to so I bought a new one with pen slot.

The **Microsoft Surface Pro Copilot+ PC (13", Snapdragon X Plus, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD)** is a sleek, lightweight device that balances portability and performance. The 13-inch display is vibrant and responsive, and the Snapdragon X Plus chip with 16GB of RAM handles multitasking smoothly. Battery life is impressive, lasting a full workday with normal use. The included keyboard is comfortable and doubles as a cover, enhancing portability. Running Windows 11, the device offers seamless integration with Microsoft services and is flexible for both tablet and laptop modes. Overall, it’s a high-quality, versatile 2-in-1 device, ideal for work and personal use, though it comes at a premium price.

The speed and battery life on the new surface 11 exceeds expectations!!! This is the most advanced 2 in 1 computer on the market. The copilot features brings this to a whole other level and surpasses its competitors!

Needed a tabket style device for a few very niche thjngs. Tried both ipad and android and they were too limited. This surface is awesome and handles everything i needed it to do and more. I keep finding new ways to use it.

I love the Surface Pro + keyboard bundle. I had the older version that did not support Windows 11 and since I am very happy with the Surface Pro, I decided to invest in this one. So many options and gadgets to use that I haven't explored the many uses the laptop has to offer. Very convenient and light weight to use almost anywhere around my home. Recommend this device.

Great device but Printer Compatibility Issue

This is the 3rd surface I have purchased in 12 years. Each one an upgrade from the last. This one is great as were the others but the ARM/Snapdragon technology is not compatible with a lot of printer drivers. You can install printers using the settings menu but not the actual drivers, leaving you unable to control new paper sizes, double sided printing, etc. It is a known issue plastered all over the Microsoft Community boards and I wish I had known that before purchasing. My Canon G5020 and Epson XP15000 will not work. I also have a craft software (Silhouette Studio) that is also partially working because of this same issue. My Epson 7840 works but I was planning on disposing that one. Guess I have to wait now. I am longing to have my Surface Pro 6 back and wish I hadn't traded it in. My recommendation is to check if your printers are compatible before buying. I never dreamed that would be an issue with upgrading a machine.
