This is an awesome product. I come from a strong belief that only an Intel processor based machine can solve my needs and I’ve always kept my minimum requirements at Core i7 level. I bought this model with lots a skepticism and I’ll not shy away from saying how much I could’ve been wrong. The machine performs like a breeze. Though I’ve had it for only one day so far, I’ve felt no difference switching from Surface Laptop Studio to this one in terms of performance or accomplishing my tasks. I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom heavily and happy to see an Arm native apps. Look forward to Adobe for an arm native Lightroom classic. Still more time to spend with this machine and get the feel for it. So far I’m loving what I’m seeing.

Here is everything in a nut shell. Build and looks awesome. Do your research. If you want the pen buy the keyboard with the charger or you have to order a pen charger from Microsoft store in order to charge it. Triple check all software your planning to run on it. Due to the snap dragon (witch yes I new could be a problem) turns out many things that do have windows support don't fully work in the snap dragon architecture and the amount of trouble shooting to find out what you need to do means spending more time then it is worth to make it work. The other problems are the touch screen it self switch is 50/50 it works but not as smooth as other tablets witch is the limitations of windows it self. If your willing to spend the time on it and get your apps to work correct it isn't a bad deal but not recommended at the price.

I love it, still learning but thanks to owning one for 10 years like it that has helped! The downloading of old computer was great and the manager of the store was able to settle a mix up in my order in a hurry as I needed to get back to my Vet husband that is bedfast. My new computer is stellar!!

Love this touch and go surface use it for tons of basic things but runs very well and easy to use

I had an old surface from college that still works well but does not fit the requirements of my graduate school. I’m now nearly 8 years from the other one and I just got this new one. The quality has only improved and I love it just as much if not more than the old one.

It’s light weight, which is exactly what I need right now. Haven’t yet made my mind up about Copilot, but other than that the laptop is great.

outstanding, light weight fully functional laptop. This replaced an older version, the software and computer capabilities made it a logical choice to replace my other computer. The compact size and light weight allow me to remain fully mobile as I go through work and studies. Great addition.

Fast, light weight, easy to work and my best purchase.

I bought this Surface for medical school notes. So far it has been everything I was looking for and more, with notetaking and storage being an absolute breeze. Startup/restart time is lightning fast, and it has been very responsive and reliable. The only downside for me has been the price tag. That hurt a bit, but I figured investing in the best quality I could reasonably do for the sake of my education was worth it.

Great product. Bought for wife and so far no complaints.
