I enjoy this laptop, it gives me all the features of a full sized laptop in the form factor of a tablet. As far as software is concerned, it does what I need it to do. I have a full suite of Windows Office apps for productivity. Though I'm not really a fan of the updates to Outlook. I do wish there were better 3rd party applications for social media, and streaming etc. The OS is snappy and responsive. Display is really crisp, no issues that I can tell. Likely their best model yet.

So far, I'm loving my Surface Pro! I've dreamt of the day I owned one and it's finally happened! YAY! I had read a review about the fact that it's not necessarily the easiest to "hold on your lap" and I would agree. That's probably the biggest downfall I've found so far. I even got a full case for it with stand and it's still not the best for the lap. I kind of wish I would have gotten the pro keyboard that doesn't require it to be physically connected so the keyboard was the only thing that has to be in my lap.

Love this item. This is the second one I have owned. It is small and lightweight easily portable. Connects great with my 27" monitors using Samsung's recommended dock.

Just what the wife needed. We have been surface pro fans for 15 years and this on checked all of the boxes. They price matched for a great price as well.

This is a great versatile option for people who need the functionality of a tablet and a computer. I was carrying an iPad for my teaching, and my MacBook for my more serious tasks. Now I carry one device, and I am so glad I made the switch.

Best laptop ever! My second one and loved the first but this is even faster and full of storage with more AI features. Geek Squad set it up for me and as always did a great job! 6 stars ⭐️ for Best Buy

I LOVE MY SURFACE PRO!!!! I take it everywhere with me. It’s so light weight, I can work with it like a tablet yet it’s my computer. It has helped me run my business from literally anywhere. I am officially a trader from apple to windows. Sorry not sorry

I purchased this for my daughter for school. She has loved it so far because it is light but also allows her to do all of her school work

This is a great little machine. The screen is bright and very colorful, as well as ver responsive to touch. I did buy the Flex keyboard and slim pen, which in my opinion are necessary but expensive additions. Everything is working perfectly so far, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have had almost every Surface since RT. its the perfect device for me- easy to transport, user friendly, up to date. I would have no hesitation recommending the Surface Pro.

This is one of the most reliable machines you can purchase. I've used one for work purposes and no issues for years. Now I've upgraded it to this and again no issues.

Love this. I’ve wanted one since I had an earlier version as a work machine. Since then, I’ve purchased Surface Pros for my wife, daughter, and now me. Only quibble I have is that the keyboard is NOT backlit as the website may lead you to believe. So happy to finally have my own Surface Pro!

I love this computer! It is quick, has long battery life, and very light when carrying in my bag.

Over all nice: The system is fast,and easy to use system. Extremely portable. My only ‘mild’ concern was the over price (price of computer + keyboard + pen)

I owned a Surface Pro 4 for 9 years and while I had some issues with it from time to time, not being a tech-oriented person, as I have my Best Buy membership, I had Geek Squad assistance when necessary - so it all worked out well. When I was shopping for a replacement, I was never advised that the newest Surface Pro's ARM processor causes a major issue when it comes to compatibility with other devices (in my case, printers - and not just mine, as I discovered upon deep research). I bought a Canon PIXMA TS-6420a printer/scanner and, to make a weeks-long story short, nothing that anyone could do will make it scan - and only by the sheer luck of getting someone at Canon's support who persisted and came up with a workaround am I able to print. After numerous Geek Squad sessions, two wasted trips to see them in person, untold days of research, help from a tech expert in my family, and so much frustration that no one - neither Microsoft nor Best Buy - advises customers of this compatibility issue, I called Microsoft Surface support, only to be told the same thing that store Geek Squad staff said.. "Get a different laptop!" Even Microsoft can't guarantee that any particular printer will be compatible with this device. So unless you are really comfortable messing around with your laptop's tech and/or don't need to connect your laptop to any other devices, my advice is to purchase something else with an Intel processor. Yes, this is a nice laptop otherwise, but I've been to you-know-where and back and still can't scan - so I have only half of the functionality of my printer/scanner. At this point, I'm so discouraged and disappointed with the lack of advice I received when shopping online, with the conflicting information I did receive post-purchase, and with Microsoft's refusal to forewarn the public and/or find a way to fix this issue that I no longer trust anything I read or hear with regard to tech and don't even have the energy to look for something else.

This is just what I needed for work. Working as a mechanic can get messy but the quality of the computer is perfect! The size is perfect for travel too!

Awesome battery life and really fast and responsive. Love the keyboard and detachable feature.

Got this Surface Pro for school and I’m blown away by everything I can do with it. I love drawing so the paint app is cool and I love the notes as well, saved me money cause I was gonna get the kindle scribe for notes but this thing has it all! You can also game on it and connect it to controllers. I also bought the slim pen, and the keyboard both compatible both work great! Definitely recommend this over apple products any day
