This was a great purchase and the associate who assisted us was fantastic. He showed us multiple computers, listened to what we were looking for, and suggested this device and brand. He was exactly right!
I would recommend this to a friend

The Surface Pro laptop is fantastic. The flex keyboard made for the 11th edition Surface Pro is excellent. The feature is that it has to charge itself and the pen simultaneously, which is very convenient, especially for a college student who needs a device working most of the day. Not to mention the great battery life and it only takes an hour and half to charge from 10 percent to 100.

I love the fact that it’s so lightweight and portable. It’s great if you have a lap desk or a flat surface but not great for using just on your lap like a standard laptop. Speed is fantastic and I love the use of the pen on the screen. So far so good!

I love my Surface Pro! I've been wanting one for the longest time and finally was able to buy one. I got the large capacity, 32GB ram and 1T storage. So far it works great.

I LOVE MY SURFACE PRO!!!! I take it everywhere with me. It’s so light weight, I can work with it like a tablet yet it’s my computer. It has helped me run my business from literally anywhere. I am officially a trader from apple to windows. Sorry not sorry

Amazing little Tablet. Our offices use about 15 of these bad boys and it really lets us be mobile in the office.
Other PC companies need to follow their example./

Great performance and battery life. The Snapdragon processors can be frustrating at times due to compatibility issues with some programs and a lack of driver support for some devices. Over time it seems to be getting better, but we're still not ready for ARM processors over Intel or AMD for all tasks on a PC. Know what you are getting into, if you primarily browse the web, work with all modern, updated software and have no older devices (printers, etc.) then this is great for you. I understood that and the frustrations still bring it down two stars because there are just some things you can't do that a $300 laptop could.

The laptop was decent overall. It performed adequately for basic tasks like browsing, streaming, and word processing. The battery life was satisfactory, lasting a good portion of the day with moderate use. However, it struggled with more demanding applications and multitasking. The build quality was average, and the display was clear but not exceptional. Overall, it's a suitable choice for everyday use but not ideal for intensive workloads.

Love this. I’ve wanted one since I had an earlier version as a work machine. Since then, I’ve purchased Surface Pros for my wife, daughter, and now me. Only quibble I have is that the keyboard is NOT backlit as the website may lead you to believe. So happy to finally have my own Surface Pro!

Quite simply, this is exactly what the Surface Pro was always meant to be. Perfect for writing notes or lectures, writing papers, doing computations, doing administrative work, etc. Insanely good battery life. Beautiful OLED display. A smashing victory for Microsoft.

It's alright. Got the X Elite chip and new Flex keyboard. Never had a Surface Pro before. It's not quite as intuitive, smooth, or easy to use as an Android tablet. I thought it would be the perfect blend of necessary Windows OS for work and also having a tablet on hand, but I don't think it's going to work.
It's not as fun to use as a tablet vs Android and just barely not as easy to work on as a typical laptop.
Wish it was a 4k screen. Oled is nice, battery life is sufficient after just 1 day.
Everything else seems pretty sweet as advertised.
