The downloading of old computer was great and the manager of the store was able to settle a mix up in my order in a hurry as I needed to get back to my Vet husband that is bedfast. My new computer is stellar!!

The purchase process was smooth and the device arrived on time. (I had it shipped to me) Given that it's not an x86/AMD64 processor, there are a few things that don't work like "Normal", but so far no deal breakers.
