This was supposed to be an extra business laptop, I was just disappointed with the quality of the keyboard and weight of the stylus.

Ordered surface on 12/12/25 and it is now 12/31/25 and still have not received it . It was supposed to have arrived 12/19/25. Have talked to an 800# twice , chatted with a person and talked to a store manager and NO ONE can tell me where it is or when it will be here. There are no updates or follow ups from anyone. Worst customer service ever. Website states My credit card will not be charged until “delayed items” are shipped. My card was charged on 12/12/25 and still no product. I should automatically get the $400 discount. Not a gift card cause I probably will not shop Best Buy again.

The Snapdragon chip support 99% of the applications and that is great. If you want to print don't get this device. Also some management programs are not coded for the ARM chip either, and so management is more difficult. If you are 100% Microsoft this would work.
Hi MatthewB, thanks for letting us know. Everyday more and more applications are being supported either via emulation or natively. Please check https://www.qualcomm.com/products/features/windowsapps to see the most popular apps that are supported. For more specific app compatibility information, visit www.WorksOnWoA.com

Be careful with this one and make sure it fits your needs. Pretty low power and the architecture changes make software incompatible. The major issue I have is that the device touch screen locks up on me making the device unusable. I have to turn off and on to get to unfreeze. Also, check out those prices on the keyboard. Wow. Someone typed an extra zero on accident and they haven’t noticed yet.

Snapdragon Processor has caused alot of issues so far with compatibility. Dont buy if you want to use for anything business. They really should have still kept an option for intel processors.
