Keyboard did not work when we try to set it up after Christmas. Real drag to have to bring it back not bestbuys fault manufacturers fault gave us a new one no questions asked.

I had the extended warranty on my Surface pro 3 keyboard and the key popped off so I brought it in to BB. Well, I was happy to see the SP4 keyboard in stock so I tried it and fell in love. Pros: larger trackpad with increased sensitiviy (no longer have to tap hard) amazing key spacing great tactile feel while typing way softer clicks while typing back light on keys looks way nicer volume buttons and Print Screen now on top row function lock on Fn key is nice extra Fully compatible with my SP3 and magnetic strip for second angle does work as it should does feel more stiff and sturdy cons none I can see or think of at the moment

Poor instructional material. Loaded with low use functions. Who is this made for. Everybody. Everything. Equals nobody. Nothing. And this thing is SLOW. Big disappointment.

Constantly disconnects from surface pro. You cannot move the laptop even a little without a keyboard malfunction.

The second day a few keys popped off was able to click in place. Then more keys came off and when replacing the tabs broke. Returned on day 3.

have gone through numerous keyboards. honestly save yourself the trouble and buy a MAC.

I can't get this keyboard to work about half the time.

I have been viewing the keyboards and hesitated to buy one due to the lack of stability that the keyboard offers and the key layout. I purchased this keyboard and I am extremely satisfied with it so far. I work in IT so I am constantly having to use my Surface Pro 3 in a mobile situation. With this keyboard even when the device is on my lap the keyboard feels sturdy. This keyboard is a far improvement from the previous model.

Very good keyboard that works with a Surface Pro 3. Works very well on lap and on a desk.

An essential accessory for your Surface Pro. The outside of the cover is a cloth like material, and has the look and feel of a journal. Overall, the cover is excellent! Very sturdy and fits your tablet tight and snug. The light up keyboard is a big plus for working in low light areas.

I purchased the black cover for my new Surface Pro 4... what a fabulous keyboard. The keys are in an island configuration this year, great for someone like me with large hands. The trackpad is excellent, better than those on my two high-end work laptops (Dell & HP)

I recently bought a Surface Pro 3 and decided to buy the new keyboard for 2 reasons: i. The spacing between the keys has increased and this tremendously helps the typing experience. It feels like a full size keyboard. ii. The mouse pad is size has increased.

Not much to say here, its light, works as a regular keyboard, no number pad may be the only thing to get used to.

Almost instantly, I felt very natural typing on this keyboard, and I can do so quickly. It does add significantly to the weight of an otherwise pretty light, big tablet, so I remove it occasionally.

A must have accessory for your Surface!!!! Best part is it's compatible with both Surface Pro 3 and Pro 4. It's a good upgrade for you r Surface Pro 3!!!!

The keyboard is very well built. Considering its low profile hardware, the keys respond very well to the typing. It would have been a five star review if the price was sub $100.

This new Type Cover for the SP4 blows away the previous version. I didn't upgrade to the SP4, but I did get this new Type Cover, and it has made my SP3 feel like an entirely new machine. The keyboard is better in about every appreciable way. It has better back lighting, better travel, better spacing, better responsiveness, and a light years better track pad, which has at least doubled, (if not tripled) in size and is far more responsive. If you have an SP3, you owe it to yourself to get this and sell/trash your old SP3 type cover.

It is a nice type cover with high quality. But sometime I feel it is so thin that I doubt its ability to protect my surface. But overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would like to recommend to my friends.

This is the best tablet keyboard I've ever used. much better than the pro 3 keyboard. More responsive keys, better track pad too
