LOVE that it magnetically locks right on, and I don't have to search for the slots to plug it into.

This keyboard is much better than that prior edition for the Surface Pro 3. Happy with my purchase.

I know there are cheaper third party versions but get the official cover and save yourself the trouble. The official cover fits better, pairs automatically, the keys are as good as many laptop keyboards. Cheaper third party options are just not that great.

I bought the cover/keyboard with the Surface Pro so I could use the Surface as a computer, I do not believe a tablet without a keyboard ranks as a computer. The keyboard works just fine and it serves as a light duty cover for the Surface screen. It does what it is supposed to do.

Great little keyboard. I don't think it was worth the $100+ I paid for it, and I don't like that it doesn't have a number pad. That's just the necessary evil for wanting a smaller laptop and getting one that can go into tablet mode. I still recommed the computer though! It's pretty nice how easily removable and lightweight it is. Plus, it acts as a cover/protector for the screen of the computer when folded up.

The magnetic keyboard that attaches to the surface is quite fun to use, it's magnetic and when closed, puts the computer to sleep and protects the screen. The keyboard itself is light, but the keys are comfortable to type on and the touchpad is easy to use and responsive

The greatest feature of the keyboard is the mouse pad. I bought this for my wife. She has a mouse pad on her laptop but this one is 10x better. In fact, she does not use the track pad on the laptop because it does not work well. She loves this keyboard and esp the mousepad.

I do not use my SurfacePro without my type cover. It took some getting used to, but I like it now.

I find this type cover really usable, typing is as effortless as on a larger keyboard. Backlight is a really nice extra, and the touchpad works just as I expect. One note: if you get this for a Surface 3 (not Pro) it is bigger than the unit. I don't mind but you might.

This was a very nice keyboard when compared to the SP3. However, I returned it because I'm a bit heavy handed, and went with the surface book for something a bit more solid.

This has really helped me out. It protects the screen. It gives me the feeling of a real computer rather than say an iPad. I l own ot is more than an iPad. It a tablet just does not fit my needs or frankly be what I want. Thumbs up for the product. Thanks.

The keyboard is great! Magnetic...get it close and it just sucks it up where it needs to be ....

Functions as expected. Adds little weight and is a good protective cover for the surface.

Wasn't sure I wanted one at first or even needed one. When I finally got it because I caved in, I use it a lot more than normal and it even helps me balance my tablet or use it in a more comfortable position if I'm not at a table. I also LOVE this color for the keyboard most.

I wish I'd known we were going to have to buy this separately. We bought the Surface Pro as a "bundle," but the keyboard wasn't part of that bundle! Seems like a no-brainer. Anyway, the keyboard works great and is very necessary to get the most out of the Surface computer.

I purchased a Surface Pro 4 and went with this model over the model with the finger print scanner because I didn't feel finger print scanning was necessary given Win10's ability to leverage facial recognition. Build quality is excellent and so is typing & track pad experience.

the keyboard is very smooth when typing. It attaches to the surface pro very easy.

The surface type cover is worth every penny. It acts as a case and a keyboard, and it's looks compliment the surface as well. I bought black originally, and then returned it after I saw the teal. Adds color while still looking professional. Do not hesitate to buy.
