Keyboard does NOT have wireless connection

The keyboard does NOT have Bluetooth connection like advertised on their website and listed on their specs. I talked to customer care because I thought the Bluetooth just wasn't working on my keyboard, and they told me that it did have Bluetooth and my keyboard was broken which was a complete lie, and after further research, I realized that this model does NOT have Bluetooth connection, so don't be fooled by what it says on their website and what customer care tells you. Very disappointed in this, I am also a BestBuy plus member and hate to be treated like this.
