Lots of lagging and connectivity issues. Better of buying a $30 pen on amazon

Have yet to receive my pen, can’t follow up whatsoever on app and customer service hasn’t been helpful. It’s been nearly a month. Can’t even get a refund.

Stopped working after 2 months. What a waste of money. i cant seem to get help from microsoft.

It’s bad needs a keyboard or extra charger to charge. It donated come included.

Terrible battery life, didn't work well with the MS Duo phone.

It is a great pen, and it is very easy to use. My only concern is that I had to get a new one after a year. That also could be because I didn’t take the best care of it, and I didn’t realize you aren’t supposed to remove the tip of the pen too much or it could ruin the pen. You’re only supposed to remove the tip of the pen if you are replacing it. Other than that, it works great and I love it.

Very nice pencil and has pressure control writing. Fits well in your hand as youre writing on the computer.

It feels nice in my hands. It does well when it comes to drawing on the surface studio, and it has a magnet that attaches to the bottom of the laptop and charges there. It's very nice and I would recommend it if you enjoy drawing or writing.

Nice pen with easy to handle and soft for the right price and atleast has reduced the charging issue that other pens had.

Works great and never has issues with being charged. Very responsive and perfect with my Surface Pro 9

This pen has worked so well for me over the past year and a half. As a college student I use it for multiple hours a day. However, my pen is now broken. I am extremely frustrated because this is a 120 dollar pen and now it is not working. This is so dissappointing. I cant believe that it costs this much and broke after a year and a half of use. Secondly microsoft is just making me buy a whole new pen and won't try to repair my pen.

I I loved the way this pen felt when using it— specifically, when turning on haptics: it had the most realistic writing experience out of any tablet pens I’ve tried. However, after paying more than $100 for it, I was shocked to learn that it does not arrive charged, nor does it include a charger. You literally cannot use this out of the box. I had to spend another $40 to purchase a charger then wait a few days for delivery. Put a huge damper on any excitement to use, as well as being a frustrating and ridiculously-poor user experience element to sell an electronic device uncharged and without a charger. Unfortunately, my Surface Pro 9’s hard drive failed less than two weeks after purchasing it, so I’m not the owner of a $100+ pen and a $40+ charger without a tablet to go with it. Cannot recommend.

Fast shipping and works great as a replacement for my old surface pen

Great product for daily usage on Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio. Have been using it for about 2 months with no problem. The tip of the pen has no connection issues and still feels sturdy and new. Did take some time to get used to the flat slim design.
