Best buy is a joke. Dont waste your time.

Did not get the item by the date promised,nobody knows whats happening. I called 7 times 1 hr each and still no resolve. I was asked to place a new order, was told a refund was processed for the forst order, was promised a gift card. I keep getting pushed around, the refund was never requested, order was never cancelled. Its a joke. Best buy is a joke.

Do not buy this for a surface 7, it is not compatible. Also, not a fan of best buy's return policy. Taking nearly a week to process the return, then saying you'll *decide* whether or not to refund me? I gave the item back, I get my money back, there is no room for hemming and hawing.
