The removable tip loosens and can be very easily lost.

I love this accessory so much, i use it for digital art on my surface and it is amazing

It doesn't work with the system I bought and I wasn't told so at the time.

I've just $1300 in a Surfce Pro 9 and a fancy accesory in a form of a $150 pen that cannot be charged. How can Microsoft dare to rip customers off that way? I'm returning this scam pen without using it, I'm not buying the charger.

Honestly this pen works just as any other. But the thing that really got me is that the charger is an extra $40. Pretty ridiculous when I already paid $140 for the pen itself

Very upset, paid over $100 for this pen, did not last a day, it came off of my pen and is now lost. They need a better way of attaching this pen.

Pen is difficult to hold and use. The interface with the surface is not stable. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t even work.

Have yet to receive my pen, can’t follow up whatsoever on app and customer service hasn’t been helpful. It’s been nearly a month. Can’t even get a refund.

Lots of lagging and connectivity issues. Better of buying a $30 pen on amazon

Terrible battery life, didn't work well with the MS Duo phone.

It is a great pen, and it is very easy to use. My only concern is that I had to get a new one after a year. That also could be because I didn’t take the best care of it, and I didn’t realize you aren’t supposed to remove the tip of the pen too much or it could ruin the pen. You’re only supposed to remove the tip of the pen if you are replacing it. Other than that, it works great and I love it.

I I loved the way this pen felt when using it— specifically, when turning on haptics: it had the most realistic writing experience out of any tablet pens I’ve tried. However, after paying more than $100 for it, I was shocked to learn that it does not arrive charged, nor does it include a charger. You literally cannot use this out of the box. I had to spend another $40 to purchase a charger then wait a few days for delivery. Put a huge damper on any excitement to use, as well as being a frustrating and ridiculously-poor user experience element to sell an electronic device uncharged and without a charger. Unfortunately, my Surface Pro 9’s hard drive failed less than two weeks after purchasing it, so I’m not the owner of a $100+ pen and a $40+ charger without a tablet to go with it. Cannot recommend.

It feels nice in my hands. It does well when it comes to drawing on the surface studio, and it has a magnet that attaches to the bottom of the laptop and charges there. It's very nice and I would recommend it if you enjoy drawing or writing.
