Very nice pencil and has pressure control writing. Fits well in your hand as youre writing on the computer.

Nice pen with easy to handle and soft for the right price and atleast has reduced the charging issue that other pens had.

This pen has worked so well for me over the past year and a half. As a college student I use it for multiple hours a day. However, my pen is now broken. I am extremely frustrated because this is a 120 dollar pen and now it is not working. This is so dissappointing. I cant believe that it costs this much and broke after a year and a half of use. Secondly microsoft is just making me buy a whole new pen and won't try to repair my pen.

Great product for daily usage on Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio. Have been using it for about 2 months with no problem. The tip of the pen has no connection issues and still feels sturdy and new. Did take some time to get used to the flat slim design.

Works great. Easy to write notes with. Faster than using a mouse.

Microsoft is way too expensive recently. Good quality but at some point you overpay. This pen is way too expensive.

Not buying from best buy online again, worst customer service. Did not get the item by the date promised,nobody knows whats happening. I called 7 times 1 hr each and still no resolve. I was asked to place a new order, was told a refund was processed for the forst order, was promised a gift card. I keep getting pushed around, the refund was never requested, order was never cancelled. Its a joke. Best buy is a joke.

The pen itself is most likely fine, I wouldn't know as it was marked incorrectly. Do not buy this for a surface 7, it is not compatible. Also, not a fan of best buy's return policy. Taking nearly a week to process the return, then saying you'll *decide* whether or not to refund me? I gave the item back, I get my money back, there is no room for hemming and hawing.
