Having recently purchased a laptop with only one USB-C port, and for personal reasons needing to use the onboard port for a wireless mouse/keyboard, I had to purchase this adapter since no wireless mouse/keyboard combos currently come with a USB-C, only standard USB. This adapter will suffice until a wireless mouse/keyboard combo comes to the market with a USB-C

It works with other devices from USB-C to USB, not just for Surface.

Allows you to plug USB-A devices into a USB-C Port. Works without issue.

The Go uses the newer USB form so old cabling from older devices needs to have the form-C adapter for ease of use. A bit pricey for such a small bit of plastic but it's a "got to have" item.

This makes saving my work on my tablet super easy!

I don't know if this is better than the one from Amazon since the items on Amazon are cheaper than this. Since it is a brand name, I feel it is safer to use and not frying my devices.

Purchased a Surface Go tablet, and realized that it didn't have a USB port. This handy little adapter solved the problem, making it possible for me to connect to my printer, modem, etc.

These are well constructed and nicely fit to my MBP usb-c ports. These in general work fine but when i connect my external big hard drive, sometime the drive disappears while using it. No issues seen if i connect small usb drives like memory sticks.

I didn’t realize the Microsoft Surface version that I bought, had a different USB connector, so this unit is perfect for my needs.

Great for storing files, photos and videos for playback or to transfer to another device. Good for travel. Holds a lot of files, movies or photos.

One of those hard to find pieces. Worked as intended but found a cheaper price elsewhere.

I can’t remember why I bought this for but I know I us it all the time. I think it was for my external hard drive connection. No problems

Product works as advertised and was at a perfect price. Checkout was seemless and store associates were helpful.

These do exactly what they are supposed to do. My only issue is the weight of the cable/device being adapted, and if it puts pressure on the USB-C port. I usually prop it up with something and it makes e feel better.

This adapter works well for devices that cannot run properly with a USB-C connection. I would recommend this to others.

great way to have your data handy (in a USB) and accessible and not having to waste space in your surface go!

I use this for the surface go little to no lag but I only use it occasionally.

I'm able to get two of these side by side on a Macbook 16" - doubt I'll ever need to though. Seem to be good quality.
