I purchase a iPad from Best Buy. I was lock out of my iPad and couldn’t get into the iPad and could not get your store to take the the letter off in front of the serial number the geek squad put on. I bought that iPad from your store in Dothan Al. Could get know help. Just think of all the money I put in that iPad on help. I

Perfect for what I needed
This is a life saver to allow me to use my older USB back-up drives and flash drives with my computer since my computer has only USB-C.

Couldn't be anymore perfect
I bought this so I could access the dead areas on my phone and it has worked perfectly and as a bonus, I can now use my mouse on a my drawing tablet that is a bit finicky and I'm over the moon about it!

Will this allow a usb wired printer to connect to the surface go?
If your printer has a USB A (the end will fit into the adapter) and it should detect a printer driver and downoad.

Will this work with a Samsung S7 tablet?
The Samsung S7 has a USB-C port for charging, this would fit into that port. However, you would need a USB-A male to go into the other side. So if you're charging from a laptop or a charging port, you would need a cord with USB-A male adapters on both ends.

Can I replace my USB on my surface pro? It is not working
Unfortunately I cannot answer this question. I suggest you speak to a tech at Best Buy.

Am I able to plug my USB headset into this adapter then plug the other into my mobile phone and use my logitech headset?
Though I have not used mine for this purpose, it seems very reasonable that this should work.
