Microsoft did a good job on windows 8.1 and has gotten a lot of bad press, there are a lot apple zombies out there. The Surface Pro 3 is a great device and is my primary PC. Occasionally I need to use my old laptop for older version of MS Office (new Office does not support everything supported in earlier versions. The Surface Pro 3 is powerful and useful on road trips. Negatives: Looks like it's advertised and displayed with a keyboard but doesn't come with a keyboard, spend another $140 for a keyboard, you'll need it. Also It's nice to have a USB Port but could use at least 2...

I love this keyboard. It fits my hands perfectly. I wish I could find a keyboard like this one for my regular computer.

I find myself using the tablet mode more and more, but not because there is anything wrong with this keyboard. Feels pretty good and easy to touch type with.

Best portable keyboard I've ever purchased. Easily attaches to the Surface Pro 3 and doubles as a screen cover.

While the old Surface keyboard work on the new Surface, they don't quite fit the screen, and I wanted to try the new features, anyway. The ability to magnetically attach to the screen to give an angle for typing is really slick, and works well. However, it does come up just slightly too high on the screen, making it difficult to access the applications running in the task bar if you want to use the touchscreen instead of the trackpad. And you'll probably want to do that. Although it is more sturdy than previous versions, it still is difficult to use effectively. There is a tactile button press that helps, but I never know if I'm clicking left or right by feel. The other thing I don't like is the pen loop. It glues on where you would like. I would have much preferred a more permanent solution, as the poem is am expensive piece to lose. It definitely doesn't give me a feeling of safety to use it, add it could fall off at any time, and there is no warning when tablet and poem are separated like when the galaxy note tablets and phones are separate from their pens. I do like how responsive the keyboard is, and it is quiet. I also really like this color, which is only available at Best Buy. It does what out is supposed to do, better if you use it on a desk or table, and I'd say it is still your best option for the Surface Pro 3. Because of that, I'm giving it 4 stars. While there are flaws, it's still the best you'll get.

Love this keyboard much better than the touch keyboard I had with my surface RT. nice backlighting and quiet keys.

I love this keyboard. The magnetic feature is awesome. I can adjust the keyboard to work for me or remove it easily.

The cover works great and no issues. But pretty expensive for what it is. There maybe other options out there, but not positive of how well they may work.

Love how this baby snaps on and becomes a cover for the surface! If you buy a surface don't forget this keyboard.

The keyboard protects the Surface and certainly increases functionality. Having it in purple makes it even better!

I am really glad I bought this keyboard/cover when I bought my tablet. It doesn't feel like you think it would when you are typing in it. The keys are easy to press but not mushy. It hooks to the tablet with a magnet so it goes right into place and comes off very easily when you need it to. It really adds to the tablet.

This is such a great keyboard. Sleek and smooth and the fact it connects to the tablet magnetically is awesome.
