Long story short, it didn't work. I wasted my money. Sometimes paying that extra dollar case for exactly what you want it to pay for, and peace of mind.

All my computers have been changed to 10 and the last one will switch tomorrow. Made a lot of mistakes but must learn new one. Tears running down face. I will miss 7.

There is no more slow start up when turned on. I would recommend this Windows 10 to anyone with a slow start up computer. It fixes the computer and now it runs like new!

Great upgrade from Windows 8 Home!

With the support of Best Buy's Geek Squad, it was installed seamlessly. I'm very pleased with the purchase!

I had issues installing it on a new build that I built myself which was very irritating and the reason I took a star away. I had to pay the Geek Squad to do it for me. The operating system itself is great. I have no complaints.

Everyone needs Windows 10

We have found this application to be very "up to date", and easy to operate. The Geeksquad was very helpful in this decision, and we appreciate their input.

So far so good. Although I do like some of the features of Apple, they were no longer worth the headaches!

The geek squad did a great job and all apps. are running fine.

Or prepare for things to run slower once windows is installed as it takes up more memory space. It helped get our computer back up to date.

Since I installed this on my Mac computer. I can use it for my mechanics work. I don’t have to worry about it buying a computer when I can use it on my Mac.

I had to reinstall the windows 10 program in order to be able to use my computer. That error rendered my computer useless. It is working fine now.
