    Never had an issue with a USB memory card untill this one! Installation kept crashing with the same error. Tryed to find fix online for hours, none of them worked. Had to return to Best Buy the following day for a replacement. As expected, second copy installed without issue.

    With Windows 10 Home, you’ll always have the latest features and security. Experience faster start-ups, a familiar yet expanded Start menu, and great new ways to get stuff done. But it is not iOS. In other words it is not intuitive and the srcreen will freeze a lot.

    Does it work, yeah. I just dont like how they changed the layout from windows 7, and i dont care to sync my pc to a cloud or microsoft so several settings are useless and just complicating an already inferior os.

  • Windows 7, but without the good stuff

    I've been using this OS consistently for the past two years and I still can't get over how bad it is for the average consumer. 100% disk usage problems, privacy nightmares, bloatware that is near impossible to remove (looking at you Xbox, Messaging, and all that other garbage I'm never going to use), and a myriad of other "upgrades" that make me want to pull my hair out. Can we PLEASE just go back to the days of a stripped down OS? The only reason that I don't revert back to 7 or XP is for the fact that I use modern programs which cause proformance errors and stability issues with older OSs.

    This purchase would not have to been made if the replaced hard drive in January, which had windows 10, had not windows 7 placed on it.

    Well, what can I say that has not been said before or shouted about Windows? 10 is better is some areas like gaming in my opinion and somewhat worse in GUI in some opinions.

    I am not a real fan of the Windows 10 operating system. Too many hidden features that used to be more accessible in windows vista and windows 7. I'm still getting used to windows 10.

    Think training is needed when Windows 10 is purchased as it is so different than previous ones. Don't know if Best Buy offers training but would be very helpful.

    I had it on my PC but had to re-install it after PC was repaired It functions well for my needs only wish you do not have to pay yearly for the same product.
