It would not upgrade the operating system without removing all of the software that was on the computer. Maybe in time I will upgrade the operating software. I can not lose the information on the computer now. I do not wish to back it up and try to install it at this time.

Needs extra maintenance, complete headache!

Unless you update your OS, the resolution is not good at all, and the screen seems blurry! Even after update still have issues with wi-fi, and had to fix it by myself. Thank youtube I was able to do so! I HAD TO BUY IT!

Kept getting error message
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I kept getting an error message when trying to install this and I tried every option presented to me. I ended up having to use my laptop (thank goodness I had another computer) to download windows 10 onto my personal flash drive and going through that route. When it asked for the key code, I used the one found in the box with the windows flash drive. Worked just fine and I had no problems doing this way. I'm still not entirely sure why I had to do this. My guess is that the computer hardware (motherboard and bios) was too new or something. Not sure but I'm just glad it worked out in the end and that the purchase wasn't a waste of money (only required a little bit of time and troubleshooting). In the future, I would just download windows 10 on my flash drive again and buy a key code. It really wasn't that hard to do.
