After installation and use of the alpha numeric key I still had to upgrade to the newest version of windows 10. A long process but all is fixed. Necessary to run the OS.

It had crashed a while back and ended up needing a new hard drive. With the new hard drive, it would not connect to the internet and I couldn't figure out why. It was easier for me to get a new computer than to deal with that "mess" at the time. My nephews birthday was coming up and he is at the age and grade in school where they are going to be using computers more and more so I updated it with Windows 10 from Windows 7 and gave it to my nephew. He was stoked! I'm sure right now he is only playing games on it but the hard drive should last him a good long time and with Windows 10 the possibilities are endless.

The price is slightly high but I needed something right away and it was in stock at the store.

It fits the bill. Fairly easy to install, use and updates on it's own. That's what I needed, that's what it does.
