I'm not great with computers, so the building aspect was a little stressful for me, and it was nice to be able to basically just plug in a USB drive and let it take care of itself for the most part. Very convenient, very easy to use. I would have liked a slightly better price but I got what I paid for.

Product works well. The Windows upgrade wiped out evrything on the laptop. although all of my "documents" are store3d on OneDrive, it would have been helpful for Geek squad to specifically recommend backing up any appps on the computer, such as Birthdays and Anniversaries, etc. Older app, don't remember it s"official name', have lost all of the dates and info.

I tried to put it on personal computer, but it kept telling me it was not compatible. I finally got it installed on my very old laptop. Could have used total tech support to make it easier. Help save me from windows 7 shut down. I lost one laptop from that. Windows 10 installation help me make it until I could get a new up to date laptop. I thought it would have been easier than it was to install and thought it cost a be more than it should have for the fustration I went through to to install this updating program. In the end so far it seems to be working fairly well.
