It's Windows 10 Home on a flash drive.

No issues upgrading

The upgrade was without issue. Took two or three hours to completely finish, but I was very happy with how easy the upgrade went. This is the second time I had to upgrade someone's computer from Windows 7 to 10, and both times went well. You also have the option to do a clean install of Windows 10 from the included flash drive, but I haven't tried this.
