Store associate offered assistance in finding Microsoft windows and directed us to the service desk where another friendly associate retrieved our item and helped me use my coupons to make my purchase. Always great service and quick check out.

The software found my PC issue

I had it checked by a professional, and he got it up and running. The system crashed again, and the recovery tool could not repair it again. Bought windows 10 and during installation I found a dram module was defective. Suggest purchasing one in case of PC troubles.
