What can you say about Windows? It works. 10th version. Reminds me of Windows XP. Sometimes you just have to have this OS on your machine.

I was disappointed since i assumed it would be on a disc but it did the job and thank you for your timely delivery of the product and I liked the outside pickup. Very reassuring.

I was a little confused, at first, about how to install Windows 10 but I did a little research online and got it done with no problem.

The keyboard is too small and awkward to use for anyone with medium to large hands. You'll get used to it - eventually and I suppose anyone that can use those micro-mini video keyboards on your typical cell phone probably won't have an issue with this one. Biggest problem is there are no LED indicators for caps lock, num lock or scroll lock. This one can live without the scrl lock LED but not having an indication of whether or not Caps Lock or Num Lock is on or off is really, REALLY annoying.

With COVID a lot of college students need this program for school. Best Buy had this item in stock and at a reasonable price.

Having a hard time getting use to it. I am not tech savvy. I don’t get on the computer much but when I do it works fine

Not much to say. If you have used windows you know what to expect. I was able to upgrade to windows 11 for free.

Delivery was on time and computer setup was easy. This computer is not too small or too big. I like the look and feel of it.

In-home service was excellent. Our tech was very knowledgeable & gave us all the info we needed to make the best decision for our needs.

These earbuds were a little troublesome getting both of them to turn on and pair. Once working they have nice sound quality for the money.

Windows 10 has been a great improvement for my PC. It is an older PC but with Windows 10 my internet and documents process much faster now.

The update took a while but was up and running in a few hours. The loading of updates required a lot of communications time.

Was very happy that you had this in stock. I had a hard time finding it, most places were out of stock.

Not much to say except it's windows and is the current one out there! Recommend to anyone who needs the current windows with security.

A must have to update your Windows to the latest programs for your computer.

Great software, i accidently purchased it and had to return it because i did not realized my new laptop had it installed.

Maybe its me but i had a hard time installing this. I haven’t used it for my pc but im saving it for when i build another pc.

Install was easy and fast. I backed up my computer just in case but did not need to reload anything. Everything transferred over perfectly.
