Used this for bootcamp on new MacBook Pro. Had to download 64bit iso file from Microsoft site so the included usb was useless. Basically paid $139 for product key

I ended up using the serial number because i already bought it but if you are partitioning a macbook, it won't read from usb so you end up downloading from MS anyway or at least i did.

I ended up returning this due to having a friend, who was an IT professional, volunteering to install Windows for me. That being said, the return process was seamless and without any problems.

I don't understand why Microsoft cannot incorporate more of the beloved Windows 7 into the Windows 10 product. At least I can say it is an improvement over Windows 8.

It appears to have problems supporting Microsoft Office software especially Microsoft Word. Under Windows 10 it stops responding. Microsoft support is non existing.

Had to update my Dad’s computer for him. This version of Windows while having its nice features is not very intuitive for someone that is not tech savvy.

This product is basically a must have for PCs so of course there were really no viable alternatives for me. Its a good software and familiar.

Some things are consistent with me when it comes to Microsoft Windows 10. For example, I always find Windows 10 to be just infuriating and frustrating because it is difficult to use, it is not intuitive, and there is always a problem. It is also unstable. It takes a full day just to set up your computer using Windows 10 loading drivers and such. On top of all that Windows 10 uses a lot of telemetry to monitor what you do with the product. They have no respect for privacy despite their claims. None. Using Windows 10 takes all fun out of computing. So sick of this garbage from Microsoft. I say this from the perspective of an IT person with over 30 years experience. (And no, Windows 11 is not any better but rather compounds and builds on the problems with 10 but that is a separate review.). Buy this product only if you absolutely must. Recommend you look at macOS or even Linux instead. Those are far superior products than Windows 10.

Windows has put lipstick on the same old pig. there wasnt any reason to change things. I'm a senior and I liked the old format

Honestly just bought this so I didn't have to see the watermark, but this cost way too much for just that and a few other things.

Great product which was easy to set up and update my old Vista operating system. Wish it was setup with the simplicity of Vista.

Its windows, free version ran just fine. Bought it for trouble shooting purposes. Didnt work but hey i got rid of the watermark!

I tried to download to my computet could not said i did NOT have enough disk space .siper upset..so saving 2 put on my laptop.dont waste ur money just buy new computer

Windows 10 is what it is. Everything worked properly and it is a sufficient OS for the gaming PC I built.

The advertised delivery date was not met. Received product three days later. Happy with product. Disappointed with delayed delivery.

Great product, however it will need to be updated as the item is already outdated due to numerous updated pushed by Microsoft.

Brought my Laptop in for a fan replacement. tech took apart to give me the fan part I needed for replacement because Best Buy doesn't order parts. Tech put laptop back together. I go home and keyboard doesn't work and key was falling off. I take back and leave the laptop and schedule a return pick up. Tech gets keyboard to work. but key is still falling off. I go back in and tech fixes it. I take laptop back in when new fan arrives. Fan is installed but at pickup another keyboard key is falling off. tech wants to keep for a days to work on it. I said no, I will live it as this makes 3 times. I now get home and turn on and 2 of my USB ports are now not working. Try different options an no go. I am so upset that I got talked into joining the annual Geek Squad maintenance package. Absolutely Terrible service. The last word out of the Tech's mouth was " your laptop is old and these issues are to be expected and you will other issues". I should have just removed the screws myself and installed the fan. I was sure hoping for some vale add service from the Geek Squad

Not as good of a program as Windows 7, but it works.

Needed Windows to run a program needed for work that does not run in IOS. Do not use windows for anything else.

This product has a high price but is needed for a custom built computer
