Needs way better directions Also needs to let u know what items u will need

Way different from windows 7. But I’m getting use to it. Not sure what all the rage was about.

The usb seems almost too small. But it works. It's still windows so it works, just not always perfectly.

Pretty much a no choice purchase without changing operating system. Too old for that.

I brought this item as new for my son and the box wasn't sealed. Thinking of Best Buy had to open it to activate it after all it was a curbside pickup. So after it was installed and weeks later his cousin stopped by and notice the watermarking on his window and called Microsoft with the serial numbers to get it activated . Microsoft stated that this was already been used by someone else but they still honored the serial numbers. Thank you Microsoft, booo for Best Buy for cheating me , the customer.

Its windows, idk why they make it so expensive still. How do you write a review of a monopoly?

You have to be careful with this version. It sends out messages of what you're doing to Microsoft

What is there to review about a copy of Windows 10? You get a thumb drive and a key.

I told the sales associate what my issue was on my computer. He sold me the Windows 10 Home. It wiped out my whole hard drive. It wasn't the correct solution. Ended up leaving my computer to be recycled with another company. So upset! I ran 2 businesses on it.

This is notice that I am pursuing legal action against Best Buy with my Illinois State's Attorney's office, the ftc, and Chicago Consumer Protection Admin and Police for theft and fraud regarding BB's refusal to repair and return my Samsung Laptop turned into the North Ave Store on 1/21/2022. At that time I was told my laptop would be repaired and returned within 10 days. It has been 12 days now and my BB chat record and phone calls shows my request for return of my laptop and BB's refusal to honor that request and contractual agreement. Do not bother communicating with me about coming in to pick up that laptop.That ship has sailed. Keep it and as previously requested, refund, in full, my purchase costs. Failure to do so immediately will result in my filing against BB.

Not really excited about the program. Nothing stands out about the program, it's ok.

I was unable to download to my windows 7 desk top as well as my windows 7 lap top.

Getting things to load to local SSD a pain. Windows want to send everything OneDrive.

You upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10. Everything was lost, applications and data. Before you did the upgrade, you reported that you did a backup. Result: All of the applications were lost. Very important data was lost. Attempts at recovery have yielded nothing.

wasnt for me. Will try again with Windows 11. Hoping.

Works as advertised and expected for the Windows product.

Too many continuous updates. Makes applications run slow.

To slow compared to windows 7 had to have it to work a program

Well I bought this months ago. Decided to open it. Went to use it and the USB flash stick was a bust. I ended up having to create a Win 10 boot drive from the internet with another flash drive. The key on the other hand worked fine and what I guess we are all really paying for.
