Windows would not allow me to install it. I have an HP 700 527C. I reached out to HP. Nothing! I reached out to Best Buy and they said since it was open they could not refund my money. Their answer the box was open. They said Best Buy and windows would not refund my money because of an open box. I told them it doesn’t work for me. The reason being is that the answer from my computer was windows could not be installed because of the partition. I tried several different ways to install it and it still wouldn’t install. All I want is my money back! My computer works fine I have windows. I like the windows version I have now. After this thing dies, Hello Apple!

I noticed they Refunded the money for the windows 10 disc but not the money for the other services I paid for but can't use and don't need like the protection services bundle for a laptop that don't work. Please refund my full payment. Minus the value of the technician who tried to service my laptop. Thanks

I connected with them taking over my laptop for 3 - 4 hrs trying to get any sound to work on playback of my movies stored on laptop or YouTube stuff .... NOTHING WORKED and I still have no sound on My Laptop Computer. Yes, it’s an older computer, I don’t understand going from Windows 7 to Windows 10, why Geek Squad can’t look up how internal speakers & headphones jack were setup in Windows 7 then find the fixes that have been established when transitioning to Windows 10

Only Microsoft could manage to take a perfectly functioning device and render it totally inoperable, and force you to pay for the pleasure by dropping support for your current OS. Welcome to the 21st Century, where everything is highly automated and nothing works very well!
