Have to love Microsoft! My son actually built his own computer. So he needed this product to be able to complete the process. The computer really works! We have had no problems so far. He uses the computer for gaming and school work, so he can easily use his computer now for both. Customer service was helpful with the purchase

very nice out of the box experience its took 10 to 15 minutes to install on a new build, MSI z590 pro WI- Fi, intel i5 4.1 10600k and corsair 2x8 gb ddr4 memory, fast install,fast load times and fas performance feels like a breeze clean and crisp.purchase it to have a clean isntall on my new build, happy whit it.

Needed to buy it for new system build. Its windows 10 what more can i say. Its on a thumb drive. I was surprised because i installed a dvd rom thinking it was going to be on a dvd. So needless to say i have a dvd rom installed and i think i used it for the motherboards install drivers that were on a dvd rom.

Really easy to install Windows 10 just plug in the usb to your pc then boom! It only took me 5 minutes to install and get everything setup, would definitely recommend getting.

It is what it is. Windows 10 OS on a USB. Was able to give new life to an old friend. Hard drive had crashed & needed a bootable OS install medium. This did the trick and my friend is alive! Easy to use. Just need BIOS access to change your boot device to USB. Once installed, change your boot device back to drive0.

I had to upgrade my windows 7 desk top, I was skeptical on buying it bc I thought, it was hard to download but it was very easy to install,it didn't take very long, I'm glad that I purchased it,alot cheaper than buying another computer

Husband upgraded his desktop and needed a new copy. Usually do a digital download with items like this but the USB/physical copy of this was super quick and easy, so probably will continue with this format in the future. In store pick-up was super fast too.

excellent easy to install no problems encountered

There are licenses of Windows 10 - OEM and full. The OEM gets tied to a machine and ends up not really being yours while the full version gives you freedom. They do a poor job making this clear. If you see it cheap, it’s probably OEM. Delivery on USB is excellent since nobody buys a DVD drive for a new PC anymore.

We needed to have Windows 10 Home for our old computer. The old computer is slow, however, we are able to use the DVD burner & the OS needed to be changed. Windows 10 Home can be used on the our old computer and we don't have to purchase a new one and we have the protection from Windows 10. This is a better way to reuse old equipment, because the newer computers don't have DVD burners or RJ-45 or you would have to buy additional equipment to use the USB-C jacks to attach a DVD, etc... We are familiar with our PC computer & it's not that hard of a learning curve to go to Windows 10 from say XP or even Vista! Yes, there is a learning curve on Windows 10, but it doesn't take a lot of GB space on your computer vs Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Bought this as we were losing Microsoft Support for our operating system. A bit leery that it would be very complicated, but it was extremely easy and very straightforward. Been up and running for a few weeks now with absolutely zero problems or issues. Best Buy rep was great on initial purchase with information and advice.

Great product! I have used Windows 10 before, and have always enjoyed it. I needed to COMPLETELY format a computer and start from scratch. Thankfully, with Windows 10, I did not need to search for any drivers or anything! It was all on the flash drive!
