Windows 10 is a complete disaster but its either this or that botched up linux where NOTHING works right on it. Its a battle of pick your poison. Unless you know how to put mac os on your pc then youre sool with this or the alternative disaster.

We do have a way to choose when your updates happen. You can find those settings here: https://aka.ms/AA4qdrs. While we understand that it's not disabling updates it is a way for you to choose when they happen so they don't interrupt your use of the computer.

Worked Perfectly!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used to re-install OS on a laptop after replacing a failed hard drive with an SSD. It booted perfectly off the USB thumb drive, and installed rapidly (less than 20 minutes!) Many drivers actually worked right "out of the box," but a few didn't, so I had to download them from HP. Everything now functions flawlessly. It activated with no issues, and, best of all, my previous copy of Office still worked, even though the OS license had then changed . Would certainly recommend - despite being a bit pricey.
