Had to update my computer. It was easy to adjust to.

Typical Windows. Fast loading in this format. No issues.

I purchased this to upgrade an HP Spectre for use at work. Followed all the instructions exactly, including using the enclosed USB key. Completely bricked the machine. Perhaps the HP software interfered with the process. I had to return both. My advice is to upgrade directly from the Microsoft App store and skip these in-store keys. Plus then you have a purchase record and can easily transfer the license to another machine.

My 4 star rating has nothing to do with Best Buy, it's all about Micro Soft and their convoluted products and difficulty installing as well as not playing well with other programs.

I needed a copy of windows but now I know why people buy it from shady websites...... insanely overpriced!

I can't find a reason to buy the Pro version of windows over the Home version.

It’s windows 10, it’s and OS for your computer, it is on a USB drive. Bad thing USB drive is tiny and could get lost.

if it were not for the manager stepping in after I was treated worse than a dog by the tech person, I would never walk in your store again. She was horrible. Had a chip on her shoulder, had no clue what she was doing. Disrespectful. She should be fired immediately. She will end up costing your store A LOT OF MONEY in the long run

Won't load on my Windows 7 computer. not too happy about that. Even your geek squad couldn't get it to work.

I neede install media in a hurry and didn't have time the facility to download and make my own. I also needed a licence.

It's windows and it works. Legit key + usb installer. Not much to say about it except for price.

Once again, I bring in comp for an upgrade and when I get the comp back it is worse off than before. This is the third time Geek Squad has damaged my comp while charging me up the 2hole for their service. If I bring it back to you, you will gouge me even more for a substandard repair of the problem ( that you created ).

Purchased this to replace windows 7. Running 2 monitors, high end nvidia video. Installed and no longer can even connect to wireless router. Will not recognize the video card and the second monitor.

Absolutely AWFUL experience and almost NO support. After attempting installation over TWENTY-THREE times on a brand new laptop I got from Best Buy, I am done. It took me over two weeks and 20 hours talking to techs that barely speak English to find out the product code was bad. I got virtually ZERO help from Best Buy. Nothing but a cold shoulder. Microsoft was ... well ... Microsoft. You're a number at best. They finally had to give me a new product code. I had to wipe the computer three times and lose any other software it came with. This purchase was a nightmare and a half. I will NEVER EVER buy something like this from Best Buy again. No software. No computers. Ever. Again.

make sure you get the other version if you are building a pc, this is not useful for installing on a newly built computer. its better to go into the store and make sure you get the right thing the first time

Product great. Salesman forgot what I asked for. Just do an online upgrade with MS and save.

The product is good but the cost at best buy outrageous. Buy it elsewhere !

Typical microsoft stuff. I guess they don't have any use for dvd drives anymore so they disabled mine!

Great product service was terrible I had to drive Home because when I grabbed a display case the young man didn’t go and actually grab be the physical usb instead he told me it’ll be emailed to me once I was home I called the store and asked why it wasn’t emailed to me yet and as I thought and knew “that’s not how it works” so I have to drive 30 minutes back to the store
