The only OS you need or can get...

Non-OEM Windows 10 Pro License

This does come with a USB stick for installing Windows 10, but it is a very old version. You're better off downloading a newer ISO. Also the USB stick is firmware locked to read-only so you can't reuse it( without more effort than its worth).
