Because i had to buy a new motherboard, CPU and ram to install it. Now am waiting on a cpu heatsink because the one i had was broke. Yea microsoft

Money spent for nothing

Yet I had to purchase the product the before your agent told me it did not work. NO Refund from Best Buy because it is a Windows product. What do I do with a Windows 11 license and no machine to put it on!!!
