Works well once installed, however, installing the software was quite difficult.

I purchased Windows 11 to be sent by e-mail for 129.99. I received the e-mail, called for assistance and he said he would have to charge me more money if I got technical assistance. I declined and told him that Best Buy sucked. You purchased an item and them have to pay additional for assistance? Give me a break! On top of that, I was charged 139.99! Very disappointed in Best Buy.

Product worked as intended but digital deliver was a hassle. It took a week to receive the product code via digital delivery. Customer service could not help me as it was a "manufacturer error" and no refund on the product is allowed. This caused me to be in a state of limbo as I was waiting for the delivery and unable to buy the product code from another retailer.

Never worked. Best Buy refused to refund. Don.t waste your money.

Best price around. Would recommend. Used this license along with parallels on a new MacBook Pro. Works flawlessly

You are not selling a copy of anything, you are selling a license to make a copy of software legal. Also at a price that should be illegal to charge. Your customer service is effectively nonexistent, which I am sure you know because you want it that way. Buying from Best Buy was a mistake I will not make again.

Best Buy won't refund it even if you didn't download the software.

Didn’t receive email for key until hours after purchase. And then email came without a key. Called Best Buy support and they kept transferring, hung up, put me on hold for hours then finally said there’s nothing they can do.

Would not work with my system, was never able to update or install. Talked with customer service and they said the item is not refundable. So I was not able to use the product, but can comment on Best Buy customer service which with this product was none existence. Been along time customer and card holder, at the least they could have gave a partial refund but they chose not to help out. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

Installing Windows 11 on our laptop was easily accomplished.

I paid 156.99 with lisence. Plus it doesnt even work on my pc, called customer service they didnt answer, wrote in to the best buy chat, my assistant was very poor at doing her job, 0 assistance. And then cant even refund it.

Unable to use digital download refuting to refund money.

I can't give a rating because apparently I need a thumb druve or the disc itself to install windows eleven home into my computer. Since my computer can only operate on safe mode with networking. So because of that, all i have is a product key and no way to return it since it was tpyed in my email from best buy

It's windows. You don't have many options for OSs that run as many programs as it does so....

It was never installed. After I started to check why, I got a message on my old h/p laptop that Windows11 was not compatible. So I figure if it did not load in the h/p it would load in another laptop, but when I tried got a message it was already installed

Beware, do not buy this product unless you have already tried installing the software. My PC meets all the published requirements to allow install but the the installer won't proceed due to non-published requirements and Best Buy WILL NOT REFUND regardless of the circumstances or published requirements.

I got stuck with this because I bought through best buy and all had to do is downloaded it from Microsoft for FREE. Waste of money for sure.

You better be real sure you want a digital item before you buy it. If you realize immediately that you bought the wrong thing and request a return, Best Buy won’t let you. Even if you haven’t redeemed the item.

I purchased a new desktop not knowing that it had Windows 11. It's too bad I can't get a refund.

The down side of digital orders is you can't get a refund or exchange from Bestbuy. Talked to a Bestbuy assistant and told me this information.
