purchased this one to save money, but not as good as wireless one. once u r used to w/ wireless, wired one is uncomfortable.

Works okay with some games. Not very compatible with a lot of old and modern games. not recommend for PC use

What can I say, it's a nice OEM controller. Battery life for us has been good. no complaints here.

I'm not entirely sure why I bought this controller. I don't have an Xbox One console and I have plenty of 360 controllers to use with my PC, so it's not like I needed a new controller. But I got a good deal on this one and I'd heard it was an improvement over the 360 version, especially the D-pad. Well, I like it quite a bit. The thumbsticks feel better somehow, and the D-pad is a much preferable cross design, which is much better than what the 360 controller had. That said, it's very clicky, so if you like a little softness in your D-pads, you might not like this one. The shoulder triggers feel great too, but there is something off about the shoulder buttons (the buttons toward the front). They don't simply press down like the ones on the 360 controller. They seem to have a hinge requiring you to press down on the outer edge of the buttons. So I often ended up having a button press not register unless I very deliberately pressed on that outer edge. It's not a good design, but I suppose I'll get used to it eventually. Still, it's rather off-putting. They should have fixed the D-pad and left everything else alone, but they just had to mess with stuff that wasn't broken. It's a shame.

At time of purchase, it was on sale for $15 less than the regular Xbox One wireless controller. This is the exact same controller, except it also includes a micro USB cable to hook up to your computer. What's not to love? Feels much sturdier and made from better materials than the Xbox 360 controller. Thumbsticks in particular have much more non-slip surfaces.

Great controller. Works well. The edges of the top half and bottom half are misaligned or could have been flashing from the molding process. Whatever, this created sharp edges which felt cheap and dug into my belly or messed up my shirt. I deburred the edges by scraping them with a sharp knife till smooth. The evidence of scraping got smoothed by my calloused hands after a several hours of game play. I never had to do this with any other controller I owned. Other than that it works great.

As a controller for the PC it is decent, but not any different from my older Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. I bought it to use with my Vive while playing Oculus games, because the Oculus software recognizes it but not my Steam Controller. The benefit of using an Xbox controller on the PC is that most games will recognize it automatically so you don't have to map out the controls, and no drivers or software is required when using it on Windows 10. Earlier versions have a software bundle but still are plug and play. This package did not come with the wireless receiver as I did not want to pay the extra $20 and it is available by itself if I want to upgrade it in the future. My issue with the controller is that the wire has already started to malfunction at the controller's micro-USB port. When the wire moves in certain directions the controller disconnects and reconnects. It also does not have the break away connector that has been used on every Xbox controller since the beginning. My issues aside, as a product I found no difference between this and the 360 controller. They are almost identical except for the cable and the price. If you do not need an Xbox One controller specifically, I would not recommend this over the cheaper 360. For the same price you could instead get a wireless Xbox 360 controller for the PC which has the same functionality.

This controller works well although a little smaller than the original controller that comes with xbox1. The included cable works well also.

I use this for my gaming PC and I like the feel of it. It is a good size and it feels better in my hands than the previous 360 controller.

This is a great controller for Xbox one. The batteries last a long time. Even while playing for hours. Works great!!!

Works as well as the 360 controller with a handful improvements, notably the d-pad is no longer a piece of junk. Feels great in your hands and works out of the box with pretty much every modern game. Only downside is the cost of the wireless dongle when connecting to a PC, but you can use a micro USB cable just fine.

This controller is cool, sleek, and comfortable. With easy mapping functions and plug n' play options your good to go. 10/10 would buy again.

I bought this to play games that I have bought on Steam. Works perfectly and it is very responsive! Would buy it again.

This works great with car racing video games! Love that it vibrates
