I recently purchased a surface go and wanted a controller for light gaming. Pairing was a breeze and I’m now able to use this with steam games as well as emulators. No complaints at all.

Needed a new remote during Covid-19 the remote was the basic and white Xbox remote , I ordered online and went to pick it up . It works perfect and haven’t had any issues .

Their controllers go bad pretty quick (especially the weird bumpers). I was glad to be able to get this on sale to have another controller in a good state.

The remote is great. Was disappointed with the XBox Game Pass that came with it. The package was not opened until 12/25/20 and when my son put the code into the XBox, it stated that the code had been redeemed on 12/12/20. Needless to say that my son was was extremely upset.

Bought this comtrol to specifically use on my pc laptop it works great no flaws same as playing on an Xbox one I love the fit of this controller on my hands its great

Works ok, doesn't last long. Buy the warranty, as these controllers aren't made to last.

I've had a Sony console as my primary gaming platform of choice for years, but after getting a Xbox One S (and controller) recently, I must say that I am quite fond of the controller. A great ergonomic feel with a good weight in the player's hands. The only downside is no rechargeable battery. Microsoft really dropped the ball on this decision.

This is the best controller by looking, performance, and the keys are very well smooth to use. I would recommend this to everyone who is in market to buy Xbox one controller.

This is a controller for Xbox it works very good it does everything it’s supposed to do if your kids are on it 24 seven it’ll wear out in a couple years good value

Customer service was very helpful and friendly. We got XBOX exchanged right away after we explained the situation. We are all satisfied. Definitely we will recommend The Best Buy to our friends and relatives. We surely will go to the Best Buy to shop for more stuff in the future

We bought two of this controllers for the boys, the best thing about them is they are chargeable. We got this because we got tired of getting them batteries for their older vision controllers.

Love my new white controller! Very stylish and love that i can use any headset i own with it now without having to buy an xbox controller adapter! Definitely a great buy and got for $40 during BF sales! Thanks BB

My son uses this controller on his PC and likes it quite a bit for gaming. He did have problems with his first unit, apparently there is a problem where the home button goes bad, his lasted less than 30 days under light use before he had to replace the unit. Microsoft did offer to replace the unit for free, but you have to pay for shipping.

Solid xbox replacement controller. Didn't have any issues with it, but I'm sure over time it will wear down like every other controller eventually will.

Good wireless controller wish it was a little cheaper though

My older controller broke after hours and hours of playing time. Purchased this new one to replace my old one. Works great and I have not had any problems with it. Recommend!

Was awesome til it died and settled for the same in plain black even with replacement warranty for 2 years-they should of continued this cool special edition longer

Got a really good deal on the price of this controller compared to other retailers, plus the peace of mind of having the optional geek squad protection plan is the best.

Loves playing Madden with this controller. Easy to handle.
