Customer Ratings & Reviews

The controller is just slightly more refined and has a great textured matte finish similar to the PS4 controller. Sharp edges have been smoothed out and the bumpers feel much better than a launch controller.

The texture is a cool improvement. For someone that was a bit more intense with their gaming or just naturally afflicted with sweaty palms this would be awesome. For me it's blue and that's pretty sweet.

We buy all our controllers at best buy - this is an excellent controller: Microsoft - Wireless Controller for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S - Red

The Xbox One (S) Controller is an excellent wireless controller that's perfect for gaming without any strains to the hand. The only issue I have had is after some time, the battery connectors will wear out and lose connections hence the replacement. It still works with the USB cable plugged in but otherwise has great controllers.

Needed to replace my day one edition controller. I don't like to buy generic controllers and I consider the price of the elite controllers to be too high. So I bought the basic controller because it is an official Microsoft controller and it was on sale for a reasonable price. It works fine.

You always got to have an extra remote. Only set back is it takes regular batteries

This Xbox One controller improves on the original Xbox One controller by adding a standard headphone jack and bluetooth support for PC use. If you need a new Xbox One controller, this is the one to buy!

Bought this used controller in excellent condition and it met my expectations. The only thing was, the box was very banged up and dented, and it was a gift, so that was awkward.

The controller is pretty easy to use to remote the Xbox

Control works just fine the grip and designe it’s nice but the only thing that didn’t like me it’s that the controller set the volume on the headset too low even when I go all the way up on the settings and the headset..

Picked up an Extra controller for our Xbox One system at an Amazing Price, $39.99... thank you Best Buy for the Great Savings on an Original Equipment Manufactured item!!

Works like it should work. It def gets the job done.

This controller is amazing for the most part except for setting it up wirelessly. It's a bit tricky to do, but fortunately it can also be setup via USB in a wired manner for anyone having a hard time setting things up from a wireless manner. Still great even wired & it is also PC Friendly.

Nice product. Good bass for the size startup and charging are simple. The only issue is that sometimes the left earbud will stop playing then about 10 seconds later the right one reboots. This happens a few times a day. Also I have found that they make my ears a bit sore unless I wear them often to get used to them.

my original controller stopped working, and I bought this one (white) because it was $10.00 cheaper than black. I was worried it would discolor/show dirt -- but so far so good

Having played hours of games using this Xbox Wireless Controller I am extremely pleased with its performance. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is you will need to keep a supply of batteries on hand. I may have to think about rechargeable batteries for this wireless device.

I love this product very quick connection no lag, While using Xbox one for my PC. I would like for her to come with rechargeable batteries. But those can be purchased from a secondary source A++ product

My sons love it. Great look and works perfect. Good job

This device was awarded to me under a special promotion when purchasing the XBox 1X which is an excellent 4K player. This controller allows me to play with others and operate the 4K player.

This is the 3rd controller purchased for my son, I am so glad we get good deals at Best Buy! Product does wonderful.... my son tends to to lose them haha!
