Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this as a replacement controller for my original Xbox One controller. It seems to be more tight and much more responsive.

The light blue shown in the picture, seems a bit darker in person. I was very happy about that. Fantastic paint job aside, the controller is great, So much better than the old 360 controller. The D-pad has a nice click to it now and the thumbsticks are close to perfected.

I love the handle and design of this controller. I bought a 2nd one because my nieces and nephews would come by the house excited to play video games.

I am surprisingly pleased with the sport red controller, which features extra grip surface. For gamers, this is a must-have.

Works great ! Matches my white Xbox one perfectly. I love my new controller, think they are more responsive then the old ones , ESP with the updated software.

This is an upgraded controller that came out with the new XBoxone-S console. I bought that console, and I needed a second one, so Best Buy comes through again.

Needed a replacement controller. I bought this guy! Works great. Has a texture to it, feels great in the hands.

Good, confortable, I actually got the white one and my only concern is that I have to clean it often. Otherwise it looks undesirable, like a dirty diaper. lol

Bought as a Christmas gift for our son. He absolutely loved it. Loved the look of it and started using it almost immediately after opening it!

I've been using my Xbox One Controller on both of my gaming laptop (Since it has bluetooth bult-in, thumbs-up for that!) and on my Xbox One.

This is a wonderful wireless controller! My son (like most gamers) gets excited and, well lets just say he doesn't set still. Cords don't last long.

This controller is very easy on the eyes with it beautiful color scheme. Plays no differently than any other official Xbox controller, but looks far better

It’s works great depending on usage. Eventually the thumb grips start wearing out and buttons start loosing sensitivity

My kids love this controller, as it is made for this gaming system. We have had to replace several due to too much game play. Would do it again.

I like the new controller form the Xbox One S, but I think the synchronization is a little off with the first edition Xbox Ones. Still a great controller though

This controller has a slick look to it. It works just as well as the regular black controller. I get all kinds of compliments on this controller. Cant go wrong.

I went online looking for an additional controller for my son's X box one and I found this one at Best Buy. He uses it every day now and has no issues with it.

I would of given a 4 or 5 but the only reason I purchased this controller is because it has a 3.5mm jack in addition to the expansion slot so there is no need for an adapter to use a headset. But straight out of the box the 3.5mm jack did not work with any of my headsets or headphones. I spent over 2 hours with Microsoft support who finally told me to return it to the retailer.. then when I tried to return it Customer Service told me I couldn't without a paper receipt even though I am a rewards member and my transactions are there to see. I am heading back again today to try to exchange it.

Like any other controller just with grip on the back and the thumb sticks are slightly larger and have a nice drop to them.

Obviously not as nice as the pro controller, the standard Xbox one controller is solidly built and great for PC controller gaming as well
